This special sharpener features pre-set sharpening angles designed to keep Santoku and thinner Asian edge blades in prime condition. Both slots use crossed-ceramic rods to hone your knife's blade to razor sharpness.

care & useSharpening Instructions:
1.Insert knife blade into the appropriate sharpening slot at a 90 degree angle to the sharpener.
2.Press down with moderate pressure and pull the knife blade through the sharpening slot from heel tip (never back & forth).
3.Repeat this action until blade is sharp.
Caution: Always rest your sharpener on a sturdy, flat surface and use the handle of the sharpener for stability and control during sharpening.
Always clean your sharpener after use. Clean with a damp cloth or non-abrasive brush. Do not rinse with water.
